The Humanity! I mean average salaries here of 91K w probably another 25K avg bonus plus car and benefits etc....I mean how are we supposed to survive on a total comp plan like this all while putting in a good 28 hours a week? We should be thanking the heavens above for this place!!!
 












91k is comfortable living. So what if popular Biotechs are in the Top 25 of Corp US salaries of 160-170k... good for them & good for us making at least Half what they make. We both have nice lives just like neighbors in a neighborhood. Some are richer having bigger houses but both us have nice digs.

Well $91,000 is not chump change but with Pfizer being the biggest Big Pharma co who much financial separation there is between Big Pharma & Biotech. Besides Biotech's multiple millions Employee Stock over a career and larger Bonuses, just simply looking at Average base Salaries, there is no comparision.
2020 salary report Pfizer $91k, Biogen $134k , Gilead $162k..... huge difference gap in totally different leagues.

JUST SALARY ALONE THAT IS DIFFERENCE OF $700K IN 10YRS, $1.4MILLION IN 20YR CAREER & THE FEW BIOTECHS WHO HAVENT RETIRED ON A PRIVATE ISLAND BY THEN, A 30YR CAREER A WHOPPING DIFFERENCE OF $2.1MILLION MORE IN CAREER EARNINGS OF BIOTECH OVER BIG PHARMA!
(throw few million of employee stock same period, and probably 25k yr more bonus, well over 4 or 5 million more in 20yr-30yr earnings)

Simple math 101 from grade school.

This - this is why we make 90k and the best biotech like Gilead make 165k on average (not including the stock/bonus difference which adds another 75k to their number over ours every year).

I guarantee they don’t have inexperienced people in their late 20’s like this.

Exactly major Biotechs dont hire 20 -30yr bimbos or boneheads. Min exp for a rep is 10+ yrs of Specialty exp. This gal or dude will be 1st one axed come Jan 2021 downsizing.

Pfizer has not done anything every single pharma co in industry as done. And I ll say many others have done more for their customers than Pfizer! That is fact. Just ask your offices what the competitors have done for them & staff the past 6 wks.
Pfizer ranks low on that.
Drink some coffee , not blue punch, and wake hell up . Also put your glasses on
 




Great!The competitors can kiss ass all they want while we do the minimal to make them happy and still have majority market share and still have a six figure job .My glasses are adjusted while I keep on sipping this blue koolaid with my lovely job

Of course you are, 3-4 hrs days dropping off samples & food, checking your call box.
Nothing wrong in life being average for an average co. If you are proud of that & satisfied, good for you. Half people are average.
You can even buy one of my rent houses or lease my guest house if you like.

Thats right you slackers have market share goals. Real reps and companies have sales quotas like our CEO Pres & VPs do.
You will never be nothing but below average kidding & lying to yourself that you are average.
I ll pay you more than your bonus to clean my guest house and pool house but it takes more than 3hrs so you probably do not qualify based on work ethic
