The Atlanta MCL/MCR region had less than a 10% loss. Lots of CNS reps switching to primary care, something they said would not happen. Don't know about the rest of the country.

What's the overall structure (by product)? I mean, will there still be 2 Crestor reps in a territory? 2 reps with Onglyza? 2 with Symbicort, etc.?

from what i have learned, each territory has 2 primary care reps, each have a different product mix one has symbicort/pulmicort the other has crestor/symbicort, the third rep in the territory has onglyza, each district has at least one overlay some have two overlays

GA was virtually untouched. Unfortunately, the vast majority of those that were let go, were very good people. From some reason, the manager screwed them with their skills assessment score. They are a lot better off than they will ever know.

80% of MCR gone in many rural areas where diabetes reps will have much larger territories. Left side virtually untouched & took over primary care.
