Agree. The end of the "all day lie" is fast approaching. In-person reps make minimal sales difference. Look at last year's results with us out of the field. I love getting up at 9AM and leaving the field by 3PM but it had to end.

Doesn't matter Larry,Backdoor Bob or Hartman! All are low potential managers don't have any prospects than AZ job. Look at Sarah Walters. She's another one been with AZ forever!!!! She's hardly making an impact. She's pathetic on Timeout Tuesday. Non motivational. I was in HQ last week. She didn;t ever bother to respond to my 'hello' just looked away. can;t believe she's leading CVRM!!!

SW is in a position of power because she's a white woman...That's the only qualification she has.... Show me one minority woman in that position! AZ has been fooling around for years now faking they respect equity. When they talk about gender equity, they show the ratio of men vs women. They will never show how many minority women vs men...... Please stop using the word equity. Forced equality of outcomes is stupid. Not hiring the best candidate, regardless of gender or color is also stupid. Let’s face it, most of our so called leaders are not very good at all. These aren’t people who would be senior executives outside the silly-ass pharmaceutical industry.
