Agree. The end of the "all day lie" is fast approaching. In-person reps make minimal sales difference. Look at last year's results with us out of the field. I love getting up at 9AM and leaving the field by 3PM but it had to end.

Larry was OK. One of the best butt kissers I ever saw going back to his days at Astra USA. He retires with a great severance. 104 weeks at his salary. Damn!

Please stop using the word equity. Forced equality of outcomes is stupid. Not hiring the best candidate, regardless of gender or color is also stupid. Let’s face it, most of our so called leaders are not very good at all. These aren’t people who would be senior executives outside the silly-ass pharmaceutical industry.
