The guy is a psychotic idiot who doesn't realize his reps hate his guts
Who ever is saying he is a good man has no idea what they are talking about. He treats people like shit. The guy is literally the biggest asshole I have ever worked for. I’m sorry l having a this amount of posts should warrant him being fired. He has pissed off so many people. It’s one of the reasons Arthrex as a company has no respect in the area. JB is the biggest pussy of them for not firing him. He would have lost any business either. Things would have kept moving along regardless of pb was there or not.

You can always tell that on the rare occasion that someone says PB is a good guy it's the young ones who are making $36K per year. You guys don't have a territory which means he hasn't stolen your money yet, don't worry with the constant turnover your time will come.

You weren’t around when this happened....I was....Reinhold had no clue who he was, all Reinhold say was a guy who couldn’t stop saying “yes sir”

2. Coaches Peerless reps...he coaches no one, he hasn't been in a single case in 2018, how can you coach if you haven't played the game in years and are not involved.

4. Recognizes our efforts...you are delusional, when you hit his inflated quota his favorite line is "why are you seeking praise for doing YOUR JOB!!!! I was never told I did a good job"
5. Is inclusive, we are a team...Team? You have lost your ever-loving mind.
6. PB knows all his reps...hell, he doesn't even know his kids, much less a new "associate" rep that's costing the company money and not even covering his salary.
7. Finds each rep’s unique talents and desires...He cares nothing about you or your desires...are you sure you've even met him?
8. Works fearlessly (maybe too much?)...the man doesn't come to the office for days and is never in the field, where's all this fearless work taking place?
9. PB is open and truthful and accessible...open? NO! Truthful? If it fits his needs. Accessible? Only if you a manager, which you are not.
10. Is 100% committed to all his team and to Arthrex..while he would openly blow RS for a pat on the head and a "good boy", he cares nothing for you and your family.

1099s don't have the same degree of PC snowflake protection afforded to employees. Many lack a college education and marketable job-experience so they can’t find a legit job. Being another PB 1099 indentured servant is their only option to be able to make payments on that fancy new car and own a home.
