PB still trying to come up with clever things to say on here. Reps wouldn't complain if your model actually works. Here's some advice....your model sucks and only benefits you. The reps are unhappy because of you, no one likes you because you lie...if your lips are moving its a lie. You will be the one responsible for losing the best gig out there..being an Arthrex distributor. Your failure to actually be a leader, your constant asshole behavior and the fact that you literally steal money from all the reps will be the reason.

You tell me? PB hires a new manager for CLT (proven track record), never tells the current manager that he's out, then new manager quits and moves back to FL after only 7 weeks....can't make this up.

If you read this post its sounds crazy and hard to believe but it's 100% accurate. When Jeff was hired PB didn't tell anyone what his role was not even the manager he was brought in to replace. When Jeff saw what was going on (the distrust, lies, manipulation, and thievery) he packed up and rolled south. When it was announced that Jeff was leaving Philary began spinning the reasons why and according to Philary it had nothing to do with the him. Again, it goes to show he'll say anything in an attempt to look good.

I agree being himself is how he lost the respect of his sales team but it does make for hilarious comedy to watch bad people like him get exposed.
