That helps. Since you have a little more info than many of us, any estimates on how soon the restructuring will be announced across the companies (at least to all the divisions who will be impacted at all the Sun and all it subsidiaries)

PDT affected biologics is not. PDT reps will have to interview after Acne and Taro only if they cant find enough from Acne and Taro otherwise all will be cut. Too expensive compared to Acne and Taro. Dont shoot the messenger.

What is hard to comprehend bonehead? Taro marketing and branded products are gone. Taro generic commodity products still live. Taro marketing and sales force will have nothing to market or sell. Topical steroids that are currently in the Taro bag will go back to a single division of SUN. That SUN division will market, brand, sell Absorica, Ximino, and limited topical steroids. The new division will be titled "medical" dermatology and already has a field force, the SUN Absorica team. Sun and Taro managers and TMs will interview for territories filled currently by two companies. Most likely, SUN team in place will have an advantage. Get ready to compete for a territory, or get your resume in shape and leave soon. All will be decided and in working order by April 1.

OK, let be civil here. I think what is hard to comprehend is Taro is an "independent" company. Sun cannot treat Taro as its personal property. They are majority owners of Taro but don't own it. So when they restructure Sun, they can not just tell us we are going to move you around the way we please. They are two independent public companies in different countries.

To be not civil, don't these boneheads get that this may not be legal. McDonald can not just go and fire people at Burger King, or Wendy, just because they have some ownership in those companies, through their investments.

Sorry to report, the actions were approved independently by the Taro board early this week. So, I guess Sun can interlope with Burger King if the paper and procedure applies.

The lousy Taro board approved discontinuation of the agreement of co-promotion of branded products between Sun and Taro.

They did not say anything about restructuring at Taro. If there are changes at Taro, UB or MB need to talk and share. Not AG and his goons.

Dun owns controlling interest of Taro. So Sun owns Taro. Sun can do as they wish. I’m sure Taro wishes they could change this situation.

All upper management will be replaced by end of 2019. India doesnt like lack of results. This includes all VP and NSDs.

All PDT reps are crazy if they dont think they are on the chopping block.

Actually, they’re right.
In Sun’s eyes Tildra is their future and they will act accordingly. Just bc we know its a crap drug that’s never going to really compete (especially with risankizumab) doesn’t mean they won’t circle the wagons around it and then blame the TMs for its failure.
