Pay increase from pcp to cv?

Well come to find out card old reps should really want this increase as well. Novartis is upgrading card reps up to 80% of the new position pay...come to find out majority of "older reps " are no where near the increased salary Novartis is now paying.

None of us “older” reps are. The people who seem to be making money at this company are the Cosentyx reps. Average 30-40,000 more than most of us. It’s disgusting

Our best reps are selling cosentyx and are also the reps most likely to be recruited for big $. Biologics in derm and especially Rheum pay the best.

Are former CV reps in the advertised $118-166 range? I haven’t heard one say they aren’t, just that they don’t think their counterparts should be, which is so divisive. Really, it’s a huge range, there isn’t room in it for the person you call your “partner?”

We don't pick our partners - they are assigned to us.
Existing CV reps look at that range and want to vomit. Virtually none of them are on the high end.
When you see those ranges posted on LinkedIn and you know you'll never get a whiff of the top-end, no matter how hard you tried, you realize its time to punch out.
Whether its Q Q. or move to a new company, everyone has given up because of it.
The easiest thing in the world would be supporting your current reps and bump them up, but No argue doesn't see it that way.
Better to have people either steal their checks every two weeks, or pay to hire and train replacements.

Really? Your best reps? Many of the original Cosentyx reps came from galderma selling pills. Those people stepped in shit because the former galderma leaders brought them over. To say the best reps are in derm and rheum is a damn joke. From what I have been told most rheum reps can’t even see their doctors. Is this bullshit?? If so you don’t deserve a higher salary than the rest of us. Sorry

Someone sounds jealous...

We get paid significantly more because we do more with less. Access is bad across all specialties- its what you do about it that matters. Viktor will agree the best reps and managers are in immunology. Fact.

Well now I’m REALLY jealous - Victor agrees the best reps are in Immunology. I think I may have to go and cry. NOT! Goes to show you how ignorant senior leaders are. There are fantastic reps in all business units. Please get over yourself

Fine I'll get over myself while I enjoy my 187k base...average of 65k bonus the last 3 years, 15k avg RSU the last 3 years. You enjoy making your 120k base. Maybe one day you will get compensated like a "fantastic rep". Enjoy calling on primary care.

This is great knowledge for when Novartis talks about being a fair and equitable company. Clearly there is a big disparity between salaries. And I’m not a primary car rep, specialty biologic rep with a considerable amount of experience and a few awards here. Thank you!
