The reviews are coming in and you lame-o reps can’t hide behind your veneered rot-snot any more. Let the real world evidence be heard by all!
“I have used this only twice when my eyes were dry, previously I have been using restasis, I am a 52 year old female, and have had dry eyes for 20 plus years. This stings like hell when you put it in and you’ll get tear production from the pain response of this nasal spray, induces a violent sneezing fit and your searing nostrils progress to searing the back of your throat as it drips down, this is the most unpleasant treatment I have ever tried. But there were tears, for sure.”

To the 52 year old female post, please dont confuse your (alleged) experience with Tyrvaya to those of a real clinical trial that will produce both responders and failures as well as participants with side effects ranging from mild to intolerable. 98% of trial participants rated the sneezing as mild which is not exactly the impression of the experience you are desperately trying to convince every patient they will have based on your own single personal (alleged) experience. Look at the patient ratings for Restasis, Xiidra or Cequa on webmd or other review sites and you will quickly see the same is similar for those drugs. They have nowhere near stellar ratings and you will find patient comments for those products saying stings like hell in my eyes, or gives me a nauseating metallic taste in my mouth all day long or doesn't work for me. Even so those products have produced some patients that seem to not be as bothered by those common side effects and some of those may find benefit if they managed to stay on it for weeks or months. Tyrvaya will work for some people and a majority will likely not be concerned about a few sneezes occasionally. For the overwhelming majority of trial patients sneezing was not a big deal and I would have to agree as we intentionally made ourselves sneeze by staring into lights when we were kids just for the fun if it. As for burning in the nose, that wasn't even a side effect that showed up as significant side effect. Not saying there wont be some people with more sensitive snoz’s that experience that, but most people are not going to have that kind of experience.

What a joke of a commercial leadership team. Sucky immature inexperienced marketers lead by the worst CCO who is a lazy old has been. Move along Sniz and let someone who knows what they’re doing actually give this company a chance it deserves.

You have no idea what your talking about. Go back to your NVS happy hour. Drink up!

To the 52 year old Restasis Rep, I have no idea what I’m talking about? You didnt read all the restasis reviews on webmd or other sites, did you? You dont know what your talking about. Don't confuse your personal experience as the experience every patient will have, which is exactly what you did. Both Tyrvaya and Restasis will produce patients that have good and bad experiences. Your doctors are looking for responders and people that can tolerate the side effects of Restasis and those same doctors are doing the same for Tyrvaya and guess what? Doctors are finding patients that do well on either drug and they are also finding that some patients on either drug cant stand the drug or don't feel they see results. Tyrvaya will steal a few rx’s from your territory but you will be okay. In the big picture patients and doctors now have more options and either drug company can swoop in and pick up the table scraps of those who failed the other drug, cause we all know that Restasis isn’t generating anywhere near 100 percent responder or satisfaction rate.

Ultimately, all viable competitors in the dry eye marketplace have better commercial executive leadership so I’d get that resume together if I was at OP on the commercial side, unless there is a reorg replacing the old and bringing in new non-offensive, uncomfortable and awkward commercial leadership for internal personnel and external clients

I never imagined I would be stuck working for the real life Michael Scott from The Office, but that is what life is like at the Oyster Bar with JN, JS, and the rest of the circus.

Compare Trvaya’s user reviews with Eyesuvis user reviews and you will understand why the nose spray will always remain a niche product. https://www.webmd.com/drugs/drugreview-180325-eysuvis-ophthalmic-eye

You are a fucking dummy,I actually think you’re a dogshit rep. Webmd review of 6 is your rationale for your brilliant claim. Two of those reviews came from sjogrens patients and the others are admin specific. So my thought, new products get used first in patients that failed everything, makes sense they’ll fail T. Second, incorrect admin impacts the overall experience.

Generic Restasis will plant Tryvaya squarely behind three tiers of access coverage controls, with the first step edit lasting three months long. Ha, ha… time to move on.

Unless one very possible particular thing happens. Can you guess what that possibility may be? Better hope for your sake it doesn’t. Careful not to count your chickens before the other companies chickens are hatched!

Before you join this dumpster fire, consider the following:
- The CEO essentially got a PhD from the University of Phoenix and has never any kind of business
- The biggest leadership role he ever had was head of Med Affairs at a crappy company that went bankrupt while he was there
- The founder and first chairman of this company M Ackerman quit as soon as possible post IPO so that he could dump his shares
- The predecessor technology was a complete disaster and discontinued by AbbVie once they bought Allergan
- Their product is no better at wetting your eyes than plucking nose hairs and will not get coverage
- The drug effects your brain and has a black box warning for suicidal thoughts; not what anyone wants to spray up your nose
- The drug burns your nose and throat and makes you sneeze uncontrollably with every administration, and the company is hiding those facts
- The CCO was rejected by Shire, Takeda, and Novartis before ending up here
…I could go on. Stick with the better companies out there is my opinion. Kala is another option as is EyePoint, or you can stick to Novartis, AbbVie, Santen, B&L.

You had me interested until you mentioned KALA as a better option. You are OUT OF TOUCH. Kala is about to go bankrupt

This is not a niche alternative product for dry eye!!!
This product’s side effects are less than the drop products and this product
Is for all dry eye patients.
I am using it and the only side effect I experienced is sneezing and was very minor
For less than one minute.

what’s wrong, are you loosing scripts to the cutting edge nasal spray for dry eye???

I agree and I have been a sufferer of dry eyes for many years. Tyrvaya is a great product that's not only easy to administer but I don't have to place drops into my sensitive eyes. Sneezing is the only side effect for me but not a big deal. What's great about Tryvaya is that the product truly works! For years I had often woken up with crusty, painful eyes and the symptoms have all gone away. I am on my third week of using Tyrvaya and am absolutely elated with the product. You rock, Oyster Point, for transforming the world of dry eyes!

Dear Oyster Point. Thank you for posting a Q4 revenue of six million and paying most of your sales force peanuts. Really wonder how the upper management can feel good about any of this. Oh wait they are all horrible liars and cheats. That’s how.
