Crushing up your nose. The product is a dead cat. Admit it. The bottle is even hard to squeeze and administer correctly. The throat burn and taste is horrendous.

Lots of side effects and not for most people. A niche alternative.

This is not a niche alternative product for dry eye!!!
This product’s side effects are less than the drop products and this product
Is for all dry eye patients.
I am using it and the only side effect I experienced is sneezing and was very minor
For less than one minute.

what’s wrong, are you loosing scripts to the cutting edge nasal spray for dry eye???

This amazing nasal spray for dry eye is definitely not a niche product and
Can be used by all dry eye patients.
This nasal spray has less side effects than the eye burning drops.
What’s wrong, are your drops loosing lots of scripts to the nasal spray???

The side affects of Tyrvaya are not scary as the previous poster asserted. Click the link that the poster provided and read the first two things. The first says “This document contains side effect information about varenicline. Some of the dosage forms listed on this page may notapply to the brand name Tyrvaya”. The second item says “For the consumer: applies to Varenicline oral tablet”. The side effects they listed apply to studies that were done on Varenicline oral tablet aka Chantix, which is high dose and goes through the gut and organs. Tyrvaya is very low dose and is a nasal spray targeting cholinergic receptors in the nose directly. The side effects reported in the Tyvaya studies did not reflect the scary laundry list of things you see for the oral tablet studies. To be fair we could make a high dose oral formulation of xiidra and restasis and then see what happens when its processed through the gut and organs, then post those side effects but we all know that would be stupid and irrelevant because dry eye patients are not eating bottles of xiidra and restasis at all let alone in high doses.

What a joke of a commercial leadership team. Sucky immature inexperienced marketers lead by the worst CCO who is a lazy old has been. Move along Sniz and let someone who knows what they’re doing actually give this company a chance it deserves.

How’s the launch going? Any information from doctors?
