I assume that you mean that you will sell the samples that you SEND to your customers and then pocket the money from your customer. The fact that you had to ask speaks volumes about both your intelligence and your character. This is clearly theft from your employer and therefore both illegal and immoral.

There were a lot of us who did this for years at OH. Especially towards the end when we knew we were leaving and they really cut our commissions. It's a good way to stick it back to those who took our money. They left us no choice. They can't catch you either so just do it and keep it quiet. We are all enjoying watching OH go down the drain.

You are as dumb as dirt. Of course the company knows what you are doing with the samples that they send you and if they opt not to do anything about it that just reflects poor management. On the other hand this theft may be the reason what they cut your commissions and "took our money" and while I don't endorse this a reasonable response they know the scum they are dealing with better than I.

While you are all enjoying yourself watching "OH go down the drain" you don't seem to realize that you and your colleagues are "going down the same drain" The management that you are laughing at will leave with comfortable packages you will have nothing but a bad reputation in the industry that will make you persona no grata everywhere - like I said DUMB AS DIRT

You can't be serious. Are you suggesting that the company was "right" to cut our commissions. Were you here when we launched GEM21? Do you remember what MJ did to make sure we didn't make "too much commission." C'mon if there is any people who have been unethical it is management. You are dumb as dirt for posting such an insane post. The management of this company has been neglectful to only serve themselves. The make huge sums of money at the expense of us and the customers. One may well assume that a person who stays with a company when they feel they have been treated unfairly is a person who has discovered that their lack of talent/intelligence leaves them without any reasonable alternatives, so they stay and complain anonymously to avoid any repercussions. Now if this person stoops to stealing from the company and encourages others to do the same we have a person with no moral compass. Then to compound matters we have a person who laughs at the anticipated failure of the company while ignoring that they are going down the same drain - we then have a person that is best described as "DUMB AS DIRT"

Perhaps a small paper route would be a manageable alternative for you.
 






Hmmmm, so well written according to your support of a bunch of liars who steal from the very persons who generate and provide a living to those who do nothing, who could you be we wonder. If we are talking about the moral compass you so casually refer too then the managment team would've been terminated some time ago. When people's income is cheated by those in power then the masses rise up and make it right. This is not ideal but even a mental midget like you must admit that people take care of their families first and that's whats happening now. This company has personally injured and harrassed so many people this is called pay back BITCH. Now how can you rationalize your insane position by supporting the present managment team without stating you are one of THEM! So obvious. I know of three former employees who have called the number on this website and justice will be served to those who were so jaded in their personal agendas to do nothing other then destroy people's lives.

Is someone posts something that home office doesn't like I guess you are labled a troll. Look no one should be stealing anything from anyone or their company. But I find it a bit weird anyone would defend management unless it is management. The people you mention are fine? In what way? They are not good people and have driven OH right into the ground.

I don't know who is who But you sound like a mean "little" man, and man for sure. Talk about attacking people. You are attacking the managers. There aren't many managers at OH. Maybe someone has a point...maybe you are the same troll poster. They say if one gets defensive it usually means one is a liar. I think I would have to side with that other poster. Why don't you go chill and stay of OH's board. You obviously have issues.
