The commission plan is capped because the dollar payout is preset at the beginning of the year.

Mr McKay and Mr Gillhenney - ok the joke has run its course. we have stopped laughing and so has our customers. can we get our Organogenesis back. It is very clear that a mistake was made with the new mgmt. So please give us the growing company we are used too had before it is too late.

I just don't understand the need for middle management layer? What do the DCOs do on a daily basis and why can't the RSMs just report to Tom? Layer of unneeded mgmnt that is micro managing us to death. Pharma is a dying industry for a reason. It was run into the ground and that's why we all left. I think we all agree we would be happy with old IC plan back (since we now know how bad it can get) or pay us per unit. That would remotivate a lot of people. And go back to yearly goal setting. And remind upper mgmnt we are medical device not pharma. There is a difference. The square peg does not fit in a round hole no matter how hard you force it.

I'm sure layoffs!!!!!!! Too much dead weight on the payroll!!!!!!! Start the cuts from the top down, put more money in rep and manager pockets, add bodies to cs, reimbursement, and the folks in the warehouse making it happen. Stop the big salaries and paydays for the one's that no one respects and add little value.

If we hired executive management to bring new ideas and commercialization, why are we paying a consulting group to give us a strategic plan for the future. The decision was made last year with ZS Associates, they don't understand our business. No matter what line they fed the suits about how many medical companies they deveNlop comp plans for, look at the condition of the pharma companies that have used them in past and look at us now. Aren't there classes offered in MBA programs that can address our issues or do they focus on seeking consulting companies to take the heat off of yourselves.

It looked simple when the circle of 5 sat in a room, looked at the previous history of growth of the company and thought this would be a simple keep it neutral and bring commercialization to an orginization plan to hit a home run for their future. Survey says??????

I love getting a pip from an rsm and dco that have never sold one unit before. Maybe a coupme of the dco's that are incompetent and finger pointing should do the right thing and resign. This company is on the way down and getting their asses kicked by the competition.
