hasn't anybody noticed that it doesn't matter what you think? They do not care about you or what you say. The whole Cafepharma issue started years ago in AZ. This is just the same old crap with different heads in the front office.
 






I don't know if it's an AZ issue or not, but I was told that reps who don't make numbers will be looked at via ipad tracking. This is an effort to illiminate reps who stop trying once they don't make it. Has anyone else heard this? I noticed some one else posted about it earlier. Please tell me it's not true and it doesn't coincide with the firings.

what they are telling us is that we are not selling and not working. the real problem is them - they are unmotivating and fake. the new VP and directors had no influence on how well this company was performing but since they have arrived we are no longer performing . that should say something This must make GM and GG proud.
 






The REAL PROBLEM is nothing new! Tired and old product. What is new? That is the problem. You cannot continue to go into a clinic with the same old argument and expect a different outcome.

totally wrong dude. You are not effective dude. If that is true then why do you need directors? Directors don't know the product so they will believe this so they CTA. This product was growing every year except for this year, why is that. It is called motivation - I don't have it and many others do not as well. if you are right, no more PIPs and firings then.

yes there is a logical selection,if you differ with Merck or others (TG,MR,GH,GN,SA,HS,GG,GM) then you go on one - very simple. This way they can get more money to renovate GG's office before he gets bored with it. To bad we cannot automate that, it would save a ton of money and time. makes everyone around here sic. come in to watch the money being wasted on ego's.
What is important is to get as many application of Apligraf on a patient as possible. if we were selling surgical bolts would our strategy be to use more on a patient? Next phase will be to lower the amount of applications when another product comes out. From Medical - brilliant. All BS. Hey TG any other misfits from Merck you can bring over?

How long before the management team has you guys getting signatures!!!! Pretty funny how everyone is coming over from Merck and pharma and not a single individual is from device. What does that tell you?
 












TG, MR, GH, SA, GN - time to move on - you have destroyed the motivation, and respect of Organogenesis with the employees and customers. You should also take with you GG who single handed done nothing other than has mismanaged the money while walking around here as he owns the company. Albert and Allan are onto you and will soon make a move that will place you in the unemployment line. Merck will not even take you back, they had a party when you all left. Now you can tee that up all you want. MR, GH, SA, and GN, your BFF TG will take you down along with this company. As I sit in my cubicle, many calls come in asking "What the Hell is going on” or “What the hell happened." I maintain the company line, we are transforming, from a great company to a shitty one quickly. GG and GM, laughable
