You get the honor of working with two reps, having to do much more driving and probably getting a reduced severance package when you get displaced in a year or so. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

You are so right I am so unhappy. I will live in my car for the next year before the axe. If I knew I would get MS2 I would of taken the package. I will be charging my Tesla 3 times to get home.

You are missing the point of this. The MS2 rep will be the one retained and the two MS1 reps will be the ones displaced during the next downsize. The MS1 reps by themselves with zero overlay will be fine.

Do they really prorate your RSUs? I thought it’s worthless until it vests. That’s why more Kesimpta reps were let go

I got the severance package and celebrated this entire weekend with friends and family. I already have another job lined up starting in May. Spending the entire month of March on a Caribbean Island with family. I guess it is all about personal perspective. Novartis treated me well.

when we had overlay reps in past at Novartis they were first to be let go in downsize/reorg. Check your history. Happened twice since I have been here
 
















At least 5 ABL’s displaced, more like 30-35 reps displaced and I agree this experiment won’t work. If you are an overlay rep start looking for a job ASAP. You won’t be here a year from now. Also agree with whoever said right size for ms force is like 85-90 reps. This is the first “right size” ..... then once dust settles usually 18 months later ... they will slim down again. And yes smaller territory makes absolutely no fucking sense what so ever. I love how they are like “we listened to you and you asked for smaller territory “..... who did that? Who????? No rep in their right mind would ....especially when half our offices are closed because of covid! And yeah our customers love having multiple reps come in....disaster


I feel so sorry for all who got cut. If the rheumatology side is in any indication of how overlay reps work out, then those who are in those spots should definitely be concerned.
