Oncology resignations to come

No one invited your miserable ass on here get off and stay off!
Oh the terminations are in full force better pray that you sold a great deal of lung treatments this week. Loser dirt bag!

Touchy, touchy. BTW, thread title says "resignations", not genitalia size or terminations. You may think a termination is the same as a resignation which probably led to your low IQ outburst. :p

Touchy my as prick! Resignation/Termination are racemic team mates. You resign because you are going to be terminated. Explain that during your next interview. Once a worthless delislinger always a delislinger.

The oncology group is the only productive segment of the Merck company. We get all we want as we need the resources. The poor performance of all the other groups will finalize their demise.

Productive? Oh, that's funny. Keytruda reps tripping over each other. See a doc from a distance, its a call. Leave some marketing info at the front desk, it's a call. Yeah, real productive:rolleyes:

As previous stated the vast majority of the onc reps and management are worthless and useless. Very stupid hires!
The initial misfits that were involved in the startup of the Oncology group were complete incompetents, remember DD and his cronies totally useless and it continues to this day.
The group needs complete overhaul with massive terminations.

Just wish we would grow up and sell onc like our competitors and NOT primary care. Pods in oncology aren't cool. Our customers hate it, (and some of us), thanks to the stupidity of this antiquated sales model. Can we graduate to solo selling?
This is why none of us can find a real oncology job. First question companies want to know is if you sold in a pod. If so, you're out of contention. Please let us join the real oncology world! We don't need 3 reps to screw in a lightbulb or deliver a lunch.

These companies that are real Oncology companies aren't dumb...they know the score and they know that every smart pharma rep is trying desperately to become an oncology rep...

I did this same dance for years when I worked for a small oncology start-up and was hoping to transition into a real player as an Onc rep...

Long story short - it never happened for me despite years of trying...Leave it to Merck to make their Onc reps sell in a pod and makes their resumes head straight for the round file when hiring managers see Mother as their pertinent Onc experience.

Very sad but true.
