Crazy enough, I left this message and got an offer Friday. It feels good to be leaving. I wish you all the best.

Just received a message concerning some digital learning we need to do. Looked into it and, Has someone lost their mind!!! I have never seen a larger waste of time and money in my life. Who had this great idea!!! Oh well, I guess I will stay home and do this busy work for a day or two.

We had around 40% turnover last year and know one cares. I'm in training and all we do is train new reps. This place is a mess and know one cares or is looking for the reason. If you leave, it's not a big deal, I think it's expected. The people we hire are the ones that have a hard time finding jobs because we under pay also. My manager has told me, many times, to never stop looking for a job, she does and is and she is a high performing manager.

People leave because of the person they work for so, What does that say about the management here!! It's horrible at best. There may be a few that are good but they do not last long. If 40% is the turnover rate, that means, just about everyone is looking. I think the oncology side is ran like a primary care business and we will never be successful doing that. I've been here since summer and I have never seen more busy work in my career. I almost can not get into the field due to being asked to send in a report on something.

While there are certainly instances where the person leaves the manager, the old adage of “people don’t leave companies they leave managers” was created by companies who were losing a lot of people. It is totally false and outdated, and was created by consultants. My manager here is very good. He can only shield us so much from the stupidity that the company keeps throwing down. I’m leaving, Eisai not my manager.

The managers here are the number 1 reason most people leave. Don’t be a fool.

I'm with you, I have a good manager but Eisai's BS is pushing me away. I have just found another oncology sales job and will be giving notice next week. I feel so relieved. I will miss a few people, a few!

Great News, The company that hired me is waving drug test due to covid, I just gave notice!!! It Feels Good!!!

I saw we are arguing with the FDA over a decision they made for our alzheimer drug. Great, we will never get anything approved again. Great plan, argue with doctors, real world experience and the science. Maybe we should tell them we need another covid shot while we are there.
Or, maybe we could come up with an objection handling play book.
