Is anyone hitting their numbers? All the OSS's I have spoken with said they are trying not to make any large/loading sales this quarter. If we are going to miss and not get paid, miss big. Who set these numbers and why are we not hearing from anyone about how wrong they are? I sent my resume out today, it is time to depart!!

I heard merit increases this year will only be 2.5%. Do they hear what they are saying. We had a great year, prices increased on everything, zero of us are making our goals and, we are supposed to be happy with 2.5%. With 7% inflation, thats a 4.5% decrease in compensation. Great place to work. 2yrs now and I am out of here! Now, who is hiring?
