Clearly non of you understand that the ICAM's that moved into the ABL position were not promoted. They were already at the same level as the DSM's. This complete misunderstanding of the role and level of responsibility of the ICAM Team is part of the reason for this realignment. So the ICAM's that remain are now either managing a group of people that they have no interest in managing with no change in pay or struggling with having their career back tracked to an OSS albeit also at the same pay. Eisai will continue to wonder why they have excessive turnover and that is about to sky rocket even further. Leaders who don't want to lead and have limited training is a recipe for disaster for everyone. I can't wait for all the HR issues that are going to ensue. It's been said many times before. Eisai is absolutely right at the top of the list for worse places to work if you are in commercial sales. Why? Because this NJ based train wreck has little to no respect for field personnel.

I have to say thank you for canceling the in person meetings, smart move. Now lets work on the processes that are in place. I feel like I can't work because of all the things I need to be doing; call reports, business plans, who is using what product and where, SD,SP, IOD, Call the CE, Merck, HKAM, ABL, RBL, ARM, etc.. CLEAR THE DECKS!!!!
 




What!!!! We are putting adding a sleeve 3? Has anyone been saying there is too much work or too many appointments so we need another person? HCC is a market we are losing in, not share of voice AND, it's a small market anyway. Why add anyone now, even if we are getting a combo indication in 6 months?
