Oncology division

Stock is down because of neuro side. And oncology has esophageal and breast coming soon. Don’t be so negative.
Coming soon, HAHAHA. Spoken like a true manager. We have nothing market changing for Breast cancer. Eisai will be nothing in the BC market and HCPs will not pay us any attention. Oh, I just got an offer to get out of here and I will be in Breast Cancer.

You must be a new manager in oncology...apparently you are not good at deciphering data. Even with approvals in both(which there is no guarantee) the clinical relevance is missing. No KOL's are excited about either data set. Guessing you were not at San Antonio Breast...I'll give you time to Google that one newbie. It was not good.

Have you seen the stock? Oncology is not growing and has nothing. Managers are spinning trying to find a way to look busy and important just like we are. Do you think our customers really want to talk to us about Lenvima.
We are getting beat by Inlyta in RCC...Cabo is beating both of us badly, but now Inlyta is stealing our 1L share in RCC...what little we had.

If it’s so bad, then why do you even work here??

I do not work at Eisai, however I was shocked at a recent conference I worked, how many of your reps are looking to leave and are completely disgruntled. It’s well known that Eisai is not a desirable oncology company that tenures reps seek out. I get that, but wow, the level and passion of dislike for Eisai was unlike anything I’ve heard or seen before.

That’s crazy. I have been here almost two years and am very happy. My whole team is fantastic and actually like each other.

The people, while not overly talented or tenured, are not necessarily bad people. It’s leadership and the poor culture they have created. My guess is you are newer to oncology and worked mainly in bigger Pharma’s…not knocking it, but it is all relative. Had you worked in biotech at good oncology companies you may see it differently.

That’s true. But it seems all the good small oncology companies are all gone now. :(
