Oncology division













































As luck would have it, I got an offer this morning. I was told they would cut me off as soon as I give notice so I am going to wait until the last second. Glad to be moving on.
 




















When I got my offer, the manager did say they have talked to a lot of Eisai people. Then she asked why so many were looking to leave
Recurring theme...low comp package when compared to most other oncology companies and dismally low compared to the good biotechs. Big pharma mentality and leadership with mediocre product with green oncology marketers gets you high turnover rates...and it's the good ones who leave...no one is recruiting a middle of the pack Eisai rep to a good company.

I disagree. I am middle of the pack and get recruited all the time :)
