do you receive any RSU’s or signing bonus? Will they go up to 190k salary? Car allowance? Gotta call recruiter back haven’t engaged yet.

this just reduces the stink of the place by 2%. I was there and can say that the benefits are not really any better than at most other reputable biotechs (which Gilead still really isn’t aside from oncology - HIV and hepatitis drugs are made in a chemistry set). You’d have to be desperate or ready to jump in 18-24 months if you make a career shift to GilyBad

Seems like they made the right decision terminating you - you weren’t worthy of being employed at the top paying biotech/pharmacy company in the industry.
 






Internal candidate here (not displaced). This rollout has been a disaster. Little to zero communication and no support from existing BU RDs.

Makes me question the company as a whole, definitely not the Gilead from 10 years ago…
 






The 2 people running the Oncology show are clueless. I dont know if they understand talent and how to sell. Seems like so clueless that looks like they never even were reps

Left on my own terms Melvin; as for the top paying company, you really are ignorant and handcuffed to your options/RSU’s. Gilead is far from the best paying and you won’t ever learn that because you’re a minion of the lost sheep there who kisses ass to keep your pathetic position. Gilead is still barely a biotech - filgotinib would have increased the position as a true biotech but we know what happened there. Be the best Gilead suck up you can be

You are smoking too much Gilead cannabis dude.
Get on the open market and Gilead pays about average . They are not Best or Top pay and not even Top 10 in the industry.
Spread your wings and dont be so sheltered.
