Trod is not deadly. It works very well just patients are curled up on the floor with appendicitis gut wrenching cramps 24/7, throwing up on bathroom floor & having the S@(#* making a cleanse look awesome.
All after first dose or two.
Half patients stop therapy

Works but nasty tolerance.
(My wife was on it, just terrible SE so got off after 2nd and went to older combo therapy & beat it.
 


















I was told we'd be working with mirror counterparts just like a PCP rep. Where in the hell does that work in Onc now days? What are they thinking? It's a shame. This company used to be a great company that attracted talent but it's nothing but big pharma metrics now.

Gilead is a Primary Care Clinic Base Company as HIV & Hep while niched is just clinic office calls. It is all Johanna knows from big pharma BMS. She is clueless on almost everything.
Lack of leadership and knowledge will doom Onc
 






TW is another issue. Someone who is constantly telling you he’s “trustworthy”, isn’t. Someone who asks the field to track/report medical requests from doctors for the unapproved data, is unethical. I also feel sorry for his ED colleagues; he does NOT have your back! He has brought the DS PCP madness to Gilead…not a great start for us!

Need to have been a rep to lead a rep
Oncology is already bombing at the start.

Do you have oncology experience? Had a call from recruiter so far with details of the position and DBM progress as they get the managers in place. Nothing after that call so far.

VP Stu, clueless, too busy trying to implement the One Oncology BS while driving around in his yellow Porsche. Business Head Johanna, Cruella, lays off people in every other franchise and doesn’t have a clue how to inspire anyone. Do not come work here, we are all interviewing to get the H out of this place…

Sounds horrible. It may not be 100% accurate but you can read between the lines. So thanks I ain't going anywhere near this place even though I have 6 years selling in Oncology.
