Oct 16, 2023 will be here before you know it

Axsome has no interest in being acquired. In fact, HT has structured the company to discourage a BO. All of Axsome's IP is owned by a separate holding company chaired by HT and leased back to Axsome. This provides HT most of his annual personal working capital, mitigating any attractiveness of a big payday on a BO.

…I had a hunch the CFO was on here…..

With management the way it is, bonus structure lacking and overall moral low, are SF reps actively looking to leave or are most just going through the motions? I’m shocked there hasn’t been a larger exodus of reps?

There would have been an exodus but a certain drug didn’t get approved. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m laying low, just waiting for the first of year job postings to start hitting

Reps are working their asses off. Isn’t this launch 4x more successful than the Brintelix launch? The SF is getting the shaft, big time.

Definitely agree that the bonus structure is messed up at this point still expecting each territory to do virtually the same as far as growth expectations. Those in bigger markets/more psych specialists will have higher amounts of scripts being written, thus an easier chance to convert scripts to auvelity. Then there are territories with less and alot more pcp or rural space they are dealing with and that's a different sell and adoption rates happen much slower. Yet our LT is basically giving free money to those that have an easier path to adoption and they have a better chance to blow out their numbers consistently. Half the company isn't hitting their bonus, that should tell you something. The company continues to see incredible growth across the board yet only a the few at the top are truly making great money. I do like it here but it's easy to see where things should change.

Imagine being involved in a launch and complaining about having to grow... Some sales team.

10+ years experience, 5 product launches, 6 presidents club wins and this is by far the worst launch in regards to comp. Have grown 100%+ QTR over QTR and have made laughable bonus. On a positive note we’re all making a killing on this amazing car allowance and equity…oh wait.

real hard to hit 100% w quarter over quarter with a tiny Rx baseline
