No bonus payout today...my RD said it would happen today. I seriously was not surprised (and that's a sad fact). I know someone in the Shire dungeon is going to get on here and tell me to be happy with my salary, but honestly, WHAT THE HELL!!! They can't do anything right around here. Also, MULTIPLE emails asking us to participate in the Shire Global Stock Purchase. Sorry, can't help you Shire. They don't care!!!! Dear Colleagues...get the hell out asap!
 


















Our RD wad transparent enough to tell us all last night that we wouldn't be getting bonus. But I agree that this is getting old fast! (And they wonder why morale is in the toilet and there is no motivation.) But you can bet that they expect us all to smile and be happy while we greet new management in ATL. Fucking ridiculous! So over it!

It's time for us to leave ratings on Glassdoor. This is UNACCEPTABLE. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BALLS TO TELL US got a last minute cya message from HR.

This my friends is called
LACK OF LEADERSHIP and it's shining bright here in the OBU. It wouldn't have take any of them 5 minutes from their overpaid day to leave us a message and explanation. Every one of them knew this was not going to pay today. Every last one of them.

A vote of NON CONFIDENCE.

Now it's a shell of that and meetings feel like a cattle call being herded from one room to the next with no breaks, nauseatingly long general sessions with horrible motivational speakers just to feel like you need time off afterwards because you're exhausted from the meeting....not motivated! What hapened??? Kobe came in here and said she could save $2M in meetings by cutting back and working us more. Then she ran to Perry to show him her great work which he was proud of. Meanwhile the sales team said WTF and just like that, Shire's culture was immediately changed and not for the better.

NBU rep here....I am so sorry this is happening. I've been here many years, and not once has our pay of any kind not been deposited when promised. You are totally right; THIS KIND OF THING IS EXACTLY WHY MORALE SUCKS!!!

Has this happened before? What explanation were you given? Any information on when you will be paid?

I have lost ALL my remaining confidence in Shire. Sad day

Our bottom line is much better now and morale is rising. My team just gave all 5s on glass door.

No explanation. They now say in two weeks. What bothers me most is they knew and didn't tell us. HR sent a message out this morning. It was short and not too sweet. Your pay has been delayed. You will receive it on Sept 29. Yep, that's it.
 
























NBU rep here. Double digit tenure. This has never ever happened. I am so very sorry. The payout dates have been shady over her for the last year or so but never ever has a date been announced then pay not come. Every single one of us needs to get the hell out of here. This speaks volumes to what must be going on behind the scenes. Do you think this is effecting phlegms $25 mill salary this year?? What a total slap in the face. I'm so sorry

Phlegm phlam got his bonus. It was more than the entire OBU bonus that did not pay out.
