OBU GOALS?

You are in marketing, I guarantee it
or one of the RMs that is pushing this agenda. I think they are picking at anything they can on reviews so they have cause to put reps on plans and dismiss them.
Or they are sucking up to ZDs trying to look like they are doing something to increase numbers.
Maybe instead of shitting on reps they should step up and be a resource. If a rep is forced to sit and look at certain data sources they will not be out selling.

RMs- you can run a damn spreadsheet too, you know. One click and send it out. If it’s so important to you. Riding along for a couple of days is nothing more than a nuisance to everyone. When does a doctor ever be real with a manager standing there? So, use your time helping your reps with business planning.
 












amen. Some RD’s are just assholes. Thankfully my lying asshole just resigned.
Mine is a complete B, ZD is an asshole. They are both conniving, vindictive, and petty. The people on my team have left and everyone else is looking. The manager is constantly talking behind people's backs and constantly trying to find out who's leaving next by pitting people against each other. Not to mention a compliance nightmare.
 
















































8 of the 21 KAMS have left in the last three months. That shows what a disaster those roles are. I feel bad for them.

Which is actually hilarious because the KAM goals in Q3 and Q4 went up on average 10% per quarter vs all the other reps had theirs go up 20% average per quarter. So they’ve lost more than a third of the people that had the most realistic goals in the OBU. Doesn’t speak highly of the direction of this company and it’s upper management when the people you look at as future leaders, and we can include FLEX trainers into this mix, have all been fleeing on a daily basis.
 






FLEX is a joke. They make it a big deal, have you waste brain cells by listening to MW talk nonsense for two days an then do nothing else with it. It’s a tactic to say “look we are developing our people”.
