Medicare converges for 2019 has already been published.
ZERO mention of Xiidra. Multidose is listed and covered.

In NY it is. Some territories actually have 50% or more so this poster is correct.
Inreally cant believe they are putting the future of this drug on ask iiris j stead of getting one new part D plan. Generic restasis and suns product are coming out and having a major part d plan would have given us a nice boost.Medicare converges for 2019 has already been published.

I can see why people dont hit their goals in this unit. Managed medicaid, state medicaid, and part D medicare/medicaid are all different animals. We are not covered on all managed medicad, no part D medicaid plans, and state is like 5% of medicaid. Not to mention managed medicaid denies almost everything because thats what their purpose is. Their existence is to save the state money. Do some damn reading or ask somebody that works there.
My top 3 don't, join the clubMy 2nd largest commercial plan is not covering xiidra. The largest requires restasis 1st. They dont care.
Pretty much...one of the MANY reasons I'm leaving at the end of the weekThe AVERAGE TOTAL volume of the dry eye market has DECLINED over 10% this year. Our goals have continuously increased over 20% per quarter.
That's AVERAGE. Some territories have had a 2% decline, some a 20% decline in total dry eye scripts written.
Leadership has failed us by making us responsible for their poor forecasting. Although I never rely on bonus for my budgeting, this year has been beyond disappointing for over 90% of the OBU sales force as we are not making even target bonus.
To top it off, Regional Managers have used the opportunity to pass the buck and put overly derogatory comments in annual reviews that we will all be forced to carry forward in finding new jobs when we are cut from Takeada since leadership thought it was wise to grossly over-hire for this division.
The way management has handled the situation is beyond disgusting.
I don't care what happens going forward, I will NEVER work for or under any of the current management again. To attempt to ruin people's reputations in a review to cover for YOUR poor business acumen and lack of industry knowledge (or just plain STUPIDITY) is not only unprofessional, its cruel and comletely out of line.
And Regional Managers who have gone along with this instead of having the morals and ethics to stand up and do the right thing- SUCK IT! You are SCUM.

Why would you use vital signs over iview? Seems like laziness and poor planning.Ohhhh, I hope my RM reads this and knows he fits this.

Why should managers be glad? Pre call planning is something a rep should want to do not something a manager is happy they possibly do. Iview and macro planning is something that is a hell of a lot more helpful that looking at data in vital signs before 2 or 3 calls per day. Have fun at kala and keep tour reaume handy becAuse youll prob be looking again in a year.Managers should be glad they have reps who bother to look at ANY data instead of slamming someone who is actually using something and doing some pre call planning. What an asshat boss. It might be the same jerk i have.

Are you serious? We have ONE PRODUCT. We are seeing these offices at least twice a month due to territory sizes. If you have to sit down with Iview every day you might have some mental or memory problems that you should see a doctor about. If you are looking at vital signs you can see a synopsis of each doctor from your iPad without having to lug around a laptop. And, honestly most reps I’ve talked to are so unhappy with current management they are barely hanging on. Why would a manager give negative comments in a review about utilizing data anyway? That is a true asshole. If you want a rep to utilize certain data sources, have a conversation with them. Do you REALLY think using iiview instead of vital signs as a data source is going to change territory performance? Really? Why should managers be glad?
