There is no culture and there hasn't from the start. This place is still a shit show...maybe not as bat shit crazy as when Kathy was here but still a shit show. Still completely disconnected and zero transparency. Mike wouldn't even tell us how many people hit goal q2 and I'm sure he'll pull the same shit with q3. Such a shady Fucker! Most people got a20-40% goal increase in q4 with the holidays wrapped in is absolutely ludicrous. This place is a joke.It is obvious those who set goals have no idea what they are doing. My goal is continuously set higher and higher, which I understand, except the total dry eye in my territory has been decreasing steadily. In order to hit goal I now must do 50% more than my current volume and my market share will have to be over 50% of all Dry Eye prescriptions written. I have continued to grow my numbers, but I’m beyond the break point.
Every single company I know of uses a goal figure that includes a variety of benchmarks. Market share, managed care, volume, and influence of overlays and KOLs. Backward cheap ass people.

This is the first company I've worked for that they did not tell us how many people hit goal. First company that doesn't send out ranking reports FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM not only for YTD but for the qtr.This is such bullshit.
