HELP!!! My manager field rides are not even close to being spread out equally. And no it’s not like certain reps need more ride alongs over others. It’s cause a few are closer to the managers home. Lisa please keep an eye out for this and address this matter. I’m trying to use CP in a positive manner.

In all fairness Rochester barely has any access so there’s not much for a manager to see. However, there is no need for managers to be with us as much as they are. Territories are so small and they keep seeing the same people. It’s awkward and uncomfortable for everyone

What the hell was that? She had a meltdown over her email? She should consider not sending out ridiculously long emails and not expect everyone to hang on her every word. That was insulting
 






What in the actual flying monkey S#it was that this morning? I have never heard a more demoralizing, toxic , systematic crippling of employees motivation. That was a lesson on how to demoralize and destroy your employees self esteem in 2 minutes. She obviously wants to sap our motivation and creativity and dismantle our self esteem and any remaining hope that the culture and engagement that was left in this region. By sneaking in a request at the very end of a long email to reply with a specific phrase to show that we are reading your email does not equal lack of engagement. That was an attempt and one of the sneakiest ways I’ve ever seen a manager demoralize a region. I didn’t think you can sink any lower after your if you don’t like it here leave comment you managed to do exactly that. This was an all time low. A lot of us read that email and just overlooked that one sentence and for those that emailed you because someone tipped them off doesn’t make it any better. It proves nothing about us as employees it just proves what you think of us.

Answer this? How does that type of email with a line that asks for a reply saying it’s the little things measure results of a region’s engagement. What you did was not only get the majority of us to tune you out, we began to think what the hell did I miss, does she think I’m dumb, am I dumb? Your words word like an ethereal dagger, keep putting us down that’s a great start, our almighty leader. Shall I continue??

You know that a lot of us are still dealing with changes so your timing was perfect! You have the authority and boy did you just assert it, you insecure _______ ( I let anyone who reads this fill in that blank)

you wear your apparent discontent for us and self proudly on your face. You brought your attitude of hatred and malice and avoided a genuine smile or check in to see how we are all doing. You think this last year has been easy for anyone? Instead you would rather remind us of why the culture is so poor instead of talk about why our culture struggles under a tyrant. That’s right you are a tyrant and I can’t speak for others but I have zero respect for you after that.

It’s appalling to think how you treat your individual contributors to this behavior. The question is do we all leave it up to Karma or as a region someone needs to stand up and say time for a change because this is unacceptable. In todays woke work I doubt anything will change and the rest of us will do what we have to to not get fired and just ride the wave. Novo used to be the place to be now that company is a thing of the past.
