Completely agree, and most people still do not understand the CDC and WH have been publicly stating for a month now, the vaccinated are becoming infected and can transmit the virus at the same level as the unvaccinated. And now they are admitting the vaccine’s peak efficacy only lasts maybe a few months at best.

Imagine taking a booster, hoping your body doesn’t have a negative reaction this time around (that you are aware of) and thinking “Welp, that covers staying employed for only 8 more months until the next one”.

I’m already hearing rumors of a large exodus preparing to exit at HQ. The WH/CDC Booster requirement changed the game. Why did Sunovion jump the gun before the WH came out with Mandates were issued?

At first I was really excited for the NSM and thought it would be great to see all my colleagues live and in person for the first time in awhile. But now I’m thinking we shouldn’t have a live meeting. Covid is everywhere and everyone is getting it. Hopefully they reconsider and make it virtual. I’d hate for a bunch of us to get sick and spread it.

They announced the virtual option. Choose the virtual option if you are concerned!
 






HR is going to blacklist everyone who does the nsm virtually. You have decide to play ball and possibly get sick or, get your resume ready when you get a pip for doing the virtual nsm. We all lose one way or another.

I’m hearing that too with this quasi-mandate. I had several people ask me to be a potential reference when they start applying and interviewing. I also helped proof read another colleague’s resume.
 






























From Elon Musk to Steve Jobs and Mark Cuban, every great business leader realize meetings are a complete waste of time and resources, COVID or not….they are a simply a waste.
 






That’s true to a large degree but unless you are new to pharma you should know that Pharm POAs are like death and taxes. No way around them pal. Put your big boy pants on and deal with it or give up your easy money fat pay check and find another industry to work in.
