Trim the fat and pull out the weeds. It’s about time. We finally have a leader in charge who will get us in shape. Please don’t lump all of medical in the same category. Some of us actually work hard and enjoy what we do.

I saw job postings for the CNS franchise. Why are you guys hiring? New indication expected? Can anyone share more about the culture. There are mixed reviews on this board.

There is very little accountability if you miss targets. Good place to be if you’re a rep. Think twice is you’re medical.
The culture is terrible here, I would not advise working here. Especially if you are medical. In the past few years there has been significant turnover on both the commercial and medical side. I don't think tumor treating fields will be embraced by other difficult to treat cancers. Sell your stock, I did.
It’s been a revolving door with the executive team - never a good sign. I would tread lightly. The cream has been had. Now it’s just skim milk. The comment about inexperience is

What turnover? Really an honest question. New positions and expansions, how is that turnover?
They don’t announce people that leave. Many senior commercial and medical leaders have left recently.
There is very little communication from management. Makes me wonder if the ship is sinking. Does anyone at the helm know what they’re doing? Where is the CEO???????
