Today was Giving Tuesday - once again Novocure did not disappoint in giving. I was laid off with a 30 second conversation after 5+ years of service. We received a generic video message this morning from CEO who has been absent the last 3+ years. Who will hold him accountable? We have heard time after time how strong our balance sheet is and that we will fund the future without any layoffs. Who will hold the CFO accountable? And we can’t forget the man who promised “profound data” to the marketplace. Who will hold him accountable? It seems that the board at this place is asleep and has forgotten their responsibility. Sad to be leaving my colleagues but not this ill managed organization. Most of the executives are inexperienced and behave worse than toddlers. Those of you saying, don’t be fooled by blind optimism. I was and look where that got me.

please…they all will be rewarded handsomely in stock for this act. This is cost reduction to keep the lights on. Anyone who thinks otherwise is foolish.
 








All Novocure employees who were shit on and Disposed of like garbage when they were let go of their jobs for global restructuring, should sue and get every penny from this joke of a company run by corrupt buffoons!
 








There may be some truth to that. Top brass was selling off stock right before everything crashed and are obviously “well off”. If any of them got cut or “are moving on”, do you think they are concerned about how they will be providing for THEIR families? Not with 7+ figure payouts. The ongoing lawsuits are not just fishing - there’s something to be brought to light.

I absolutely 100%? Agree with you! Also not sure how legal it is to have the executive chairman of Novocure using the company to write off his Lamborghini car insurance. There all corrupt in upper management. Let's hope they all go through the justice system soon!

In 10 years of my life with this dreadful managed run company I had only seen the CEO once. Pathetic! Let's hope the FCC looks into the dirty stock game they got going.

most of us who were let go are already gone and erased. We were not on the website and that’s how little you know about the impact of the people who gave their heart and soul to this company. It was sad and brutal how it was done. And yes, you can call it a day because it will be bad days for Novocure moving forward. You all will get just what is deserved, and that is bankruptcy. You would feel the same if you were in my shoes. But you on the sales team didn’t deliver and more than 200 of us had to pay for it, dearly.
