Your last sentence shows your clear lack of understanding on anything, as there’s not much accountability from any other aspect of the company. In fact, sales is the only group with any accountability, or pressure. JM and RM aren’t the answer, but you don’t know the business at all.

Sales are also getting paid at least 2-3x more than most employees. Their compensation + expenses are pure frivolity at this point.

Expenses, ok. But go see what happens when you don’t pay the people who drive the revenue. Then the blame will go to department that you were in that had no accountability and didn’t drive revenue.

please there is no sense in blaming anyone other than the incompetent leadership, the chairman who always overpromises and under delivers, the absent CEO and the totally incompetent CFO who care more about her LinkedIn image than actually making a difference. Don’t forget the rest of the bunch who sit and watch the sport. The IT department was under the COO for years. This is why we have such state of the art platforms.
 




When you have a corrupt CEO, CFO, CGO and the rest of " Leadership " doing fraudulent insider trading..it's only a matter of time before the company is done! Has anyone ever worked with the imbeciles at " Patient Experience "? It's a joke!
The patient experience team led by KP, SD, and LR is an absolute joke!
It's truly sad the REAL employees that were let go, and the clueless sheep that is left over. Eventually the sheep get led to the slaughter.
ASAF cashes out $23 million before the so called " promising " Lunar lung data is released. They all should go to jail. The sales team was the least of this company's problems.

Hey I have an idea! What don’t you stay off this site and sell some product. We won’t have as many problems. For a group of people that claim to still work here, you sure have a lot of complaints. Ever consider leaving???? But why would you, you’re used to shitting where you eat.
 




















Patient Experience haven't put out one concept to help patients period! Leadership is an absolute joke! I feel for the sales team that has to sell a product with limited clinical value. Plus the bozos in leadership running Patient Experience should never be in this position as they are totally unqualified.

yeah it’s a nothing burger. all it means is FDA mail room got the pma and assigned a reviewer, that’s all - doesn’t even mean reviewer has enough info to start review. if you don’t believe me look at the FDA website. long way to go here.
