Novartis Salaries for Xiidra

Novartis manager here. Welcome. Hope to keep many of you as you know how to sell Xiidra. I hate to break it to you, but your salaries are way out of band from Novartis. Median salaries are out of range totally, so obviously Novartis will not bring everyone's salaries up to Shire/Takeda since the majority of reps carrying 5 products make much less. Be prepared for a downward adjustment of your salaries. We have great benefits here at Novartis though, even a gym credit, and a nice 401k but 3 years to vest.

I would be looking, esp if you are on shire side. Better to be the one buying not bought. Dont drink the kool-aid. They all try to get every last sale and dollar out of you.....then, cya!
You've never been through one of these before have you? Doesn't matter what side you are in right now. We are all gonna be like baseball cards being traded, kept, or discarded.

Did you know your body has a secret weapon for fat loss? Afterburn is an effect caused by the body’s continued need for oxygen after intense training in which it must replenish energy sources by burning calories post-workout. Recommend that overweight reps get to the gym @ 5:00AM>

Transparency, whether it be with a spouse, significant other, family member, friend, business partner, customer or prospect, is one of my top priorities. The last few months have been challenging as I’ve reflected a lot about transparency in and around my life. I’m not sure these challenges are over but a brighter light seems to be shining at the end of the Novartis tunnel. Staying true to who I am and keeping my priorities in place, which are my children (always #1), living a healthy lifestyle, doing the right thing, treating others as I would like to be treated, growing my business, nurturing my career and of course being transparent, are top of mind.
