You've never been through one of these before have you? Doesn't matter what side you are in right now. We are all gonna be like baseball cards being traded, kept, or discarded.

Transparency, whether it be with a spouse, significant other, family member, friend, business partner, customer or prospect, is one of my top priorities. The last few months have been challenging as I’ve reflected a lot about transparency in and around my life. I’m not sure these challenges are over but a brighter light seems to be shining at the end of the Novartis tunnel. Staying true to who I am and keeping my priorities in place, which are my children (always #1), living a healthy lifestyle, doing the right thing, treating others as I would like to be treated, growing my business, nurturing my career and of course being transparent, are top of mind.
