Is it best to resign on Friday or wait until Monday?
Unfortunately it is in the playbook. I don’t think it’s fair but it is in writing. You can find it in Javelin under my reports
It’s better to quiet quit and let them keep paying you….sort of. Anyway, give them the same amount of effort as they are giving you in pay.Is it best to resign on Friday or wait until Monday?
We essentially have no control over our IC, rankings and sales progressions. We have no idea how our performance ranks until we receive an ic statement. And our IC is based on people we work with - some teams are solid and well rounded but many are not. Why is my ic negatively affected because an abl made a bad hire? Or an RD? Or even more-why is my ic impacted because the company reorganized? Why can’t we addres and work towards fixing errors? Are we really splitting the credit for injections with other areas out of fairness? Or is it favoritism?
Where is the accountability? I have done my job. I have been on million calls since last January, I have coordinated with the right Nov people, and successfully set up b&b accounts - why are i getting screwed? I asked my abl these questions in a much nicer way and got blank look. I asked the RD as well and was told to just keep going because the patients need us. I think the patients will be just fine on repatha until this company can come up with some answers.
All I’m doing by carrying 50% of the business is setting myself up for the highest individual goal when we go to those. I will have never been paid that big “launch money” I should have for building this book of business for Novartis. The district imbalance isn't even addressed anymore. You can see one territory carrying 50-60% of the volume and still getting dragged by the deadweight that is carrying 10% of the volume.
It isn't worth getting angry about anymore.
If anything, I'm jealous that the grifters figured out there's no path forward so you might as well tank long before I figured it out.
They'll get the same check with none of the effort, so why even bother? Novartis has had 18 months to sort this out and they aren't any closer than they were last January.
A functional organization would at least acknowledge the problem and articulate some projected steps to correct the issue. Dez doesn't show up & Duane sits in the front row and watches.
It’s surreal.
That's the smart play. Let the customers know Leqvio is too much of pain to pull through. Go Repatha!... I asked my abl these questions in a much nicer way and got blank look. I asked the RD as well and was told to just keep going because the patients need us. I think the patients will be just fine on repatha until this company can come up with some answers.

I predict we loose about 25% of our peers in next 3 months. Cv “leaders” are disgusting and an embarrassment. I thought my area was doing pretty well this trimester but I now know it may not be enough to get a bonus. So I do I keep pushing knowing there’s no bonus? Or relax & push all that business until September?
I really can’t believe this is the same company I started with. Thanks Duane. You may not be making decisions any more but your lack of backbone completely screwed us. The only person more consistently disappointed by you other than your coworkers is your wife. Please send another PowerPoint recognizing leqvio leads for entresto you dumb f*ck.
jeez - I haven’t work since Covid. “FU Novartis!” I’ve been getting paid for two years doing sh*t.
How? How do you not work for two years and not get caught? So many people have been fired for falsifying calls and no, they didn’t sample them. Be careful people we have good jobs and they are not hard jobs. So many people out of work now with recent layoffs at some big companies. I realize the environment here is complete shit but I would rather sit in shit than not have a job. Also no, I’m not a manager and this isn’t DK
I worked my tail off and brought in a decent amount of business. Only to get nothing for a bonus. So this week I am enjoying a week off on Novartis. Best way to get even is get paid in time off. FUCK CV!
