Mick Malone -- Urology wins the worst RVP award. 8 of 11 of his TM's have resigned in the last 2 years. Does management even care about attrition like this?

RVP's are totally useless. They are nothing but highly paid secretaries that push reports up to AVP's and also review and sign mid year & year end reviews. They inflict micromanagement on the reps and start HR firing process.
Basically they do all of the bullshit that AVP's don't want to do.
AVP's approve or reject quotes, that's it!
RVP's are nothing more than paper shufflers who provide no direction or career growth advice or guidance whatsoever. Olympus is a joke, head elsewhere.
 






Why are there so many slimeballs in the RVP ranks at Olympus? Slithery douchebags.
64 open rep jobs now at OCA and building momentum. That number will be way over 100 by the end of August.
I wouldn't want to be the finance guy on 4/1/2018. Boy it's going to be a bad year for EBITA for OCA....
Do your part to drain the swamp by resigning and finding a much better job and quality of life.
