Yes because I have treated so many failed BURST patients and Dr Deridder stated SunBurst it is a digital lobotomy therapy who is the founder of SunBurst. Accuracy is important to me as it is for us all but not with you at SJM.

I think you are speaking for the majority of us out here. Regardless of leadership anywhere, its the Nevro technology that is taking money out my pocket too. HF apparently DOES matter, and it DOES make a more friendly patient experience. And our comeback is Burst? Really????? We better have something on the table or its game over. P.S. Nevro is still hiring

Lets not sell Burst short. I think Nevro's HF is all hype right now and people are using because its novel. Give it some time. It will fade as peoples experiences with it become dulled. We are a tremendous neurostim organization and will continue to be held in high esteem due to superior technology and leadership. I am not convinced we have the best sales force, but over time the whiners will leave and we will become stronger with new committed reps!! This is a company that takes care of its people...or at least those that strengthen the organization!
When VAS scores dip from 10 to 2 it not called "novel" by the pt or my doc. Back pain essentially goes away folks. Apparently the programming is effortless. Not even a chirp when I've tried to make recharging an issue... Bottom line,, pt has zero expectations regarding recharge so its a mute point. Crickets from our mgmt. team. We are in trouble now and especially if Nevro loads up and puts boots on the ground.
