Oh No! Patrick Doyal coming back to NE? He was here before, went away and once again coming? For what?! DT and PD will be friends forever! By the way, see the pattern, Pfizer top bosses are dropping like flies and going to other Pharma companies. Today they made some announcements and so many are resigning to go elsewhere - what does that tell you??
 












What happened to Steve Yurick in the Southwest? I am no longer with the company but worked for Steve for several years--quality guy. I heard he was an acting RBU President for a while but thinking of retiring. Is he going to sail off into the wild blue yonder--or interview for open RM positions? He's a good guy and one of the best I worked for at Pfizer---I wish him the best.
 








Talent is leaving at the top, but it is at the bottom where the talent should leave and quick while you are still a wanted commodity. Pfizer is moving to a model that will be account driven and reps are going to continually be phased out. Reps, you have no voice now unless you have a boss who is one from the old school. But take a look, those bosses are being taken out one by one by totally incompetent selfish management. Sales is not even recognized by your GM OB because he hates sales and believes marketing is what drives sales. Why stick around, you would be surprised at what is out there for you. Go to where you are appreciated and respected not tormented by people who are ungrateful for your numbers just because theirs sucks. I left 2 months ago, and I am breathing fresh air again and feel great! Find a company with great leadership and will allow you to grow the company. Cheers!

Last I checked we are not in school children, and last I checked Bill Gates did not graduate from a college you box of rocks cockknockers. I will take the person who can produce results and show leadership. I believe it was CC who said nothing is more common than educated derelicts, and TR who said that the critic is insignificant, that it is the person in the arena that matters. So continue on with your insignificance and dereliction of the life you have been given. No one cares.
