New RBD's and others

I miss TC...NOT!

TC, you are a sham and it looks like KD & CW knows it. Also, MR wants u in his office by noon to get a full briefing on the state's performance, operations, etc. After that, feel free to box up ur stuff and leave the building.

Funny. Neither of these gentlemen where in contact today.. bravo, awesome facts jackass.

MR wishes he had 1/2 the talent TC has demonstrated for the past 24 years with this company.

KD is nothing but a moronic bimbo.
Bravo Kelly, you have ZERO leadership skills, and the entire mid-west knows it.

You play favorites and act like Pfizer is a high school popularity contest. ( only reason EB) wasn't cut.

Continue being a whore and hosting "business" meetings in your apartment... real professional

How have things changed? Now there are Regional Business Directors and Regional Managers? Isn't this just like moving the peas around on your plate to convince mom that you ate some? STUPID pin heads!

Ok - so you are not a Pfizer employee. If you had seen the maps and the new structure you would know what the differences are. Now go away.

No wonder we're fodder for Fortune magazine:

OK, lets hire 35 people at $210+K salary and have them do 3 in a car field rides with reps and managers twice a week, and attend 15 internal meetings when they're in the office the other three days.

Has anyone ever conducted any type of impact analysis on the RM position (post 2009)? I really dont see how they're any different than my first DM. Maybe I have (had?) a bad one...

Gee TC I hope u can be a zealous advocate for yourself and get eyeball to eyeball and belly to belly with your new job prospects because your going to need all the help you can get. Don't forget to take your girl LW with you she'll be lost without you!

Former rep here: I was at a townhall once where a Business Unit President called them Super DM's. Which is to say, he was questioning their value and need. I had to suppress my laughter since there were quite a few RM's in the room and we all know they are generally very self-assured people who did not and would not take kindly to any criticism or critique. Now, someone needs to be managing the DM's but when I was there I thought they could be doing something more effective or perhaps I wasn't really clear on what they did. Is this the same situation or have they finally gone to P/L centers?
