A lot of people are very much looking ahead to brighter times and bigger bonus dollars. Don’t let a few stale malcontents poison the well, you’ve come on board at a VERY opportune time and your hard work and commitment to scientific excellence in customer interactions should pay handsome dividends later this year.

Narcissistic future faking. I’m not falling for it. Set realistic goals this quarter and you’ll earn trust. Just one more example of clueless culture. Don’t tell me about the “future” because it doesn’t pay my bills now.

If anyone ever gets threatened with a pip from unrealistic goals, just tell them you’re very much looking ahead to brighter times.

Literally every company I’ve ever worked for has said “you’ve come on board at a VERY opportune time.” You sound just like all the others, so forgive me if this sounds like every other pharma companies’ propaganda. I’ll believe you after the check is cashed
 






Well said. ESPERION is rotten to the core. They threw a bunch of people out of jobs back in 2020. Lot of similar talk about being a special time. Only problem was nobody could sell it other doing some copay card scams. Get out while you can.
