New Hires Timeline?

I love Amarin. I’ve been a rep for over 18 years. I love Vascepa.
I hate my mirrored partner, the low base pay and having to use my own car.
I think the health Benefits are great. They are not like old school pharma, but they are way better than I’ve had in the past 6 years.
I LOVE my manager. I am NOT micromanaged

Ugh! You sound like such an asset.

ummm...every company I’ve ever been with has conference calls and ride alongs. Seriously, is that too much for you?

Weekly calls? Yeah, they are too much. Not enough changes to warrant a call every single week. We talk about the same stuff. You’re probably newer to the industry and haven’t been treated like an adult anywhere yet, so you’re used to it.

If you are unable to handle “the stress” now, you better get out before the label change. I’ve launched at least 12 products over the years and there’s always weekly conference calls and reports. Sorry this job is too tough for you to handle. You may consider getting a therapy animal or finding a safe space.

When did I say I was stressed? It’s just unnecessary busy work. I’ve also launched lots of products, but I know the difference between something that adds value and busy work. I’ve actually moved onto another position making well over 100k salary, so have fun with your 70k salary and weekly conference calls loser

It’s STILL only 2%!!!!!!! I can’t believe it’s that low!
The company is cheap. Consider that the base salary range is $67-$72K (you might get $72K if you come with years of CV experience). And they tout the $36K bonus, but almost no one is making anywhere near that. Better shave $10K+ off that number. Most won't see 6 figures in total comp and, if they do, it will be temporary. And, yes, micromanagement is the norm. If you're not feeling micromanaged, consider yourself lucky. Most contract reps make more that what this company pays. And it could all be temporary, as well. The company may be sold within 6 months.

So answer my question, when is Amarin going o make offers to reps?!! Between giving notice, training, setting up appointments for 2020 we are running out of time! Come on people!! I have launched many drugs in my career and we are coming down to the wire!!
