New Hires Timeline?

Spoken by someone who met a guy right around the time my boyfriend dumped me. I met him during sales training Hear, but he was really only interested in my boobs and me giving him head. I really like having him in my life and he's very attractive, but he won't do anything with me other than let me give him head while he watches porn. I'm very insecure, was passed up and not hired!

Not a dog. Don’t listen to the two negative people who can’t find anything better to do. Vascepa will definitely change the world! Already society guidelines are changing before we even have new indication.

Vascepa is great! But if you think this is a good gig, you’re obviously new to pharma. We are underpaid, no company cars, bad 401k, some people aren’t even making bonus. As soon as we get the indication and the value of the company goes up, we are probably an acquisition target which means we are all gone. Vascepa is a great drug, no doubt about it. But we are all just underpaid pawns in the big scheme of things

what!?! No company cars??? Is this contract sales? That’s fucking embarrassing. Don’t kid yourselves, you’re pushing a vitamin supplement. Stop pretending it’s pharma sales

And can we talk about the metrics and the micromanagement? Good gawd!!!!!! This is far worse than any other organization I've ever worked. This is good if you're unemployed and desperate, but dont leave your current pharma gig to come here.

It's better to accept elsewhere. The micromanagement is relentless. It's a one trick pony calling on primary care. It's full of low skilled rejects who couldnt cut it at their last gig or get an interview at a real organization. Itll be swallowed up by big pharma within 6 months. Nepotism is high. Shall I continue on?

Are you one of the low skilled rejects or maybe someone who didn’t get an interview with Amarin?

For any tenured reps, this is a stepping stone to buy time while they interview for higher paying gigs. If Amarin is sick of losing talent, they need to pay more. Otherwise, keep hiring newbies and get used to the turnover with the tenured reps. Because there are companies willing to pay them $100+ base salaries
