NEW Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist Positons

poster #18 thank you! After the RM interview, what is the next step? Is there another interview, or is the RM interview the final one? I have already had the phone screen with a HQ person. Also can you give some insight on training. Do you know when the training is scheduled? is it home study plus some HQ training?

90k+ Base Salary for a lateral move?! Count me in! I have 5+ years experience in the neuroscience field, not to mention selling a little drug called Vyvanse the whole time. Sounds crazy to fill the position with somebody that already has all the requirements, huh? It would be just as easy to fill a regular ADHD position as this new one so why not let us all make a lateral move for 50k more/year?

recruiters are not always truthful when they throw out salary. It's salary based on experience.

So 7-10 years of experience with SHIRE, selling VYVANSE, would qualify for what? More than what we make now. Now let's all help recruit a rep from another company so they can do the same job as you and make 30k more. Glad Shire has its priorities straight.

after the phone interview, then the interview with the hiring manager, what is next? any ideas on what the start date is? how long is training? where is training? thanks for any insight

The hire date is Aug 25th from what I hear...home study then Sept 9 in field. How are the benefits here? What is the 401K match? Do you shut down the week after Xmas? Phone allowance or so they supply it? Are the goals fair? How is their leadership development?

Maybe u should be concerned with how our products compare vs our competitors, but instead you are asking about what the company is gonna give you. Typical out -of- work rep from big pharma. Go back to your pod at pfizer.

Exactly. Who cares about Shire reps. This is the kind of bs person the managers want

thanks for the info about offers being made August 1st. After the interview with the hiring manager, what is the next step? Is it another face to face with the regional?
