Received a call from a recruiter about an opportunity at Nevro. Made some additional calls to gain more information. Sounds like there is significant turnover in the field and not good feedback on the management group either. Is the place that dysfunctional? Looking for some more info before moving forward with process. Recruiter talking it up pretty good but grass roots telling me otherwise. What's the deal? Why such conflicting reports?
Nevro is giving guarantee money to people that are not looking so hot at Medtronic. Weak sales people going to weak managment is bound to be dysfunctional.
The standard guarantee at Nevro is three months. I doubt that any of the reps at Nevro went there just for the guarantee.

Awesome, I can hardly wait for the "litmus" material supporting coverage to use! Until then I'll just keep using MDT and SJM
The next earnings call will be in a couple of weeks and should be a good indicator of any coverage issues Nevro is having.
Stop hating and please acknowledge the amazing clinical benefit that Nevro's system has delivered to the chronic pain patients of the world. Thank you. All other platforms are just wannabe achievers and continue to fall short of delivering the world class performance of senza!!
