Neuroscience Sales Position??

<

Any insight on the Neuroscience sales positions posted ? Base/ Bonus, etcc???
thanks

Heard base could be btwn 125k - 175k and bonus potential btwn 50k - 100k. Also heard through grapevine that increasing diversity representation may be company wide goal so Millennials and minorities are probably target candidates.

Way off on the pay. And...without experience in pain or account management and specialty pharmacy you wont get a job. Won't matter how old, young, or what your minority is. Grapevine is wrong.

I also heard from a very reliable source that pay will be between 125,000 to 175,000 and that bonus will be between 40,000 to 60,000. Also heard top considerations for positions will be diverse and millennial candidates.

From what news is being shared amongst reliable sources the above poster is out of touch. We have repeatedly been reminded directly and indirectly by management on all levels that diverse and millennial representation is lacking and is probably in line with HR hiring goals. Sure they can say they are looking for skill sets but we all know what attributes will really get a person hired and promoted at Eli Lilly and company.

Unfortunately many realize and have seen first hand forgoing quality for quotas is severely compromising the entire organization, work environment, and overall morale.

Sorry to say but the pay you are hearing is way off. Bonus off too. People who are currently in roles will be top hires for this new sales role and external not as much. Diversity is gender, age, tenure and many other things. Proven track record needed so millennials must have lots of expertise in this arena to be considered.

Who are you? You are spreading bs. What is the salary and bonus then? Diversity is female, age/milenials, and ethnic back ground. Stop giving bad info you are just trying to cause confusion.

You don't it is for the new Migraine drug that will be submitted to FDA by years end. Amgen's is expected to be approved by 6/2018.

This is true. I heard that the diabetes reps that get displaced will have a chance to post for all of these positions. I don't think we will get pay raises if we get it- the pay that someone quoted above is wrong. Maybe Amgen/Novartis is paying that much.
