Oh ok well I consider a layoff more like a company wide letting go of a group of multiple reps in order to save a company money.

The people that are let go because of performance, I consider more of a "firing" than a "layoff"

It still sucks regardless of what you call it. This is a cold hard industry we are in.

I don't really think the drug sucks but more of a crowded market and too many options out there. You got Quillivant, QuillChew, Daytrana, Dyanavel, Evekeo, Zenzedi, and now Adzenys

Doctors eyes roll to the back of their heads when they have all these options to pick from. And that's not even counting Vyvanse and all the generics out there. Hell even Vyvanse is struggling to gain more market share and moving on to promoting it for "Binge Eating Disorder" as if any other stimulant doesn't help with weight loss LOL! The ADHD market is just so damn crowded and won't be long until it catches up to the diabetes market.

Performance is just a way to save money as well. It hides it better from the masses. Either way look for a job this ride is almost over for all of us.

It's completely impossible. They honestly think we should be beating out vyvanse. Delusional. They are just going to keep firing the bottom 20% until there is nobody left. And a PIP is your 30 day notice. Doesn't matter what you do in those 30 days. You are gone
