Just leave the girl alone. Nobody's perfect! I don't work there anymore nor was I ever in her district, but she was always one of the nicer reps! Maybe this management thing was a little more then what she can handle, but at the end of the day she is still a person so treat her like one.q

You shouldn't even have an opinion. Sounds like CC the rep went out the window when CC the manager came around. I'm not in her district either but if the poor saps in the NE want to complain, let them. If its bad enough they'll quit like the last three reps in her territory. Seeing reps with seniority quit like that should tell you something.
 






That's easy to say when you dont work for her. I used to be her friend too. Try being so tolerant of her antics when her methods cut into your bonus and you've got a family to care for. I doubt you'd defend her if you knew more. I saw how she railroaded some of her reps. Ask around.

If she pissed someone off, you would be able to smooth it over, and just don't
bring her back there. Hello?
The other crap you are complaining about is all about and due to
Ranbaxy. That has been and is their style for along time. But please quit
