Just leave the girl alone. Nobody's perfect! I don't work there anymore nor was I ever in her district, but she was always one of the nicer reps! Maybe this management thing was a little more then what she can handle, but at the end of the day she is still a person so treat her like one.q

I'm not in her district either but if the poor saps in the NE want to complain, let them. If its bad enough they'll quit like the last three reps in her territory. That's easy to say when you dont work for her. I used to be her friend too. Try being so tolerant of her antics when her methods cut into your bonus and you've got a family to care for. I doubt you'd defend her if you knew more. I saw how she railroaded some of her reps. Ask around.
