Probably not. She loves her power trip. Just do your job when your alone, agree with everything she says when your with her once a month. I'm just shocked how much animosity there is for her. She's either completely out of touch, or trying really hard to alienate people. Its just sad
 






It's sad when people lose sight of who they really are and allow a "title" on a business card to change them. She was one of us not too long ago! If she wants to make friends and have people on her side (other then Andy) she needs to put the ego aside and be realistic!
 












Working for her makes me hate getting out of bed in the morning. I've never felt that way at any other job. Because of that, this is only a temp job until something better comes along.
 


















If only people could tell her the truth and knock the chip off! She got way too big for her britches! From what I remember of her in the meetings as a rep, she was very insecure. It's probably still the case, but she throws her "title" around to make herself feel better.
 












Who's going to care and have her back when she gets laid off? Pandy won't even give her a second thought! Karma is a b*#%*. She has completely screwed herself by screwing her own people and crawling up pandy's a**.
 






It's hard to imagine anyone vouching for her that has had the misfortune of reporting to her. I've never heard a good word said about her. CC has no people skills period. She was mediocre as a rep at best. Never holding a top spot in the ranks. Barely the middle. However I think she was a better rep than a manager by far.
 






Leave the poor girl alone! I was never in her district but we became friends at a POA when she was a rep. She was a good friend, even though I haven't spoken to her in almost a year, but she is a good person! She's doing the best she can with what she has to work with! If you only knew the BS she has to put up with, you might just appreciate her a little more. Next time, before you want to talk smack about her - there is always 2 sides to every story and I guarantee not one of you know her side!!! SMH at you ass clowns!!
 






That's easy to say when you dont work for her. I used to be her friend too. Try being so tolerant of her antics when her methods cut into your bonus and you've got a family to care for. I doubt you'd defend her if you knew more. I saw how she railroaded some of her reps. Ask around.

What challenges do you feel she is struggling with? She's a manager, just like the rest. There's nothing she faces that's unique. If you are referring to the turnover.... She caused it. Her demeanor, attitude and "style" have caused an all time low in the morale dept in the northeast. Currently she has no one on her side since she alienated all. Some have quit. Some fired. Everyone wants out. I would LOVE to hear " her side". You're a joke!
 


















The only way she would know is from here. Disagreeing with insecure managers makes you a target really quick. Just smile, agree with whatever they say, then give them the finger when you drive away from the field ride. In this industry honesty is not a virtue.
