NCAA FOOTBALL WEEK 12 PICK EM!

What did you say, BroncoBoy? I think you said something about someone being a second-half team?

MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! OREGON GOES DOWN!!! KANSAS STATE GOES DOWN!!! SEC HEADED FOR 7th Straight NC!!!

Where are you BroncoBoy???

A 3 Touch Down Favorite beats the unstoppable OREGON DUCKS!!! Stanford does not even have a Heisman contending QB!!

Well, I guess I could bitch about the replay call when the refs overruled the field judge and gave Stanford a TD at the end of the 4th quarter even though the receiver did not have control of the ball when he hit the ground and landed out of bounds. But I won't.

The Ducks got outplayed tonight. Fair and square. Not sure what happened to them. But their mojo just wasn't working tonight. They just couldn't get it together like they normally do in the 2nd half.

It's a fing joke for Notre Dame to take over the #1 ranking in the nation. Look at their margin of victories against shit teams like Pittsburgh. What a joke. But I don't understand why an SEC team would jump into the 2nd spot? Bama, Georgia and LSU all have losses too. Personally, I think Oregon should stay in the #2 position. But then I'm biased.

Oregon did not play like Oregon tonight. Stanford dominated them in the 4th quarter. It was a good game. Oregon came up on the short end. Stanford deserved to win. No excuses.

The South Division in the PAC 12 is up for grabs now. I assume if Stanford beats UCLA next week that Stanford will win the Division. Oregon must beat Oregon State and hope that UCLA beats Stanford. We shall see.

Too bad. They had the BCS by the ass and blew it. :(

I'm not hiding. My comments are in moderation. You'll read them as soon as the moderator posts them.

But answer a question for me. Why should an SEC team jump into the 2nd BCS ranking. All of them have lost at least 1 game, just like Oregon. Why shouldn't Oregon remain in the #2 position? Why would an SEC team automatically jump over Oregon?

Had DeAnthony Thomas only looked behind him and blocked that strong safety who caught QB Marcus Mariota from behind during his 80 yard run down the sidelines to the 10 yard line in the 1st half Oregon would have won. I couldn't believe it when Oregon couldn't take the ball into the end zone from the 10 yard line. That lost the game for them. They beat themselves. Strange that Oregon's defense played better than Oregon's offense did.

Hey, did anyone watch that Ohio State/Wisconsin game? That damn OSU always finds a way to win. Did you see that goal line stand against Wisconsin w/4th down from the one yard line? The OSU safety met the running back mid-air and knocked the damn ball right out of his hands into an OSU player. What a spectacular defensive play that was. Wisconsin played a good game. OSU just played a little bit better.

You gotta hand it to old OSU. By hook or by crook they end up in the win column. They play to the competition. No matter at what level the other team plays - OSU plays just a smidgeon better to take home the victory. Pretty amazing.

Bronco, That Stanford receiver was in bounds and in control of the ball. Plays are rarely overturned if there is not conclusive video evidence. Especially when the refs are in a hostile environment (Oregon Stadium) and they overturn a call on the field.

Oregon got beat by an old school pound and ground (Pro Style Offense) and an outstanding Stanford Defense!

I never blamed the loss on that shitty replay review. But it was a shitty replay review. Even the announcers were totally surprised the field judge was overruled. The receiver bobbled the ball as he hit the ground and roll out of bounds. He didn't have control until he was out of bounds. That was obvious. Anybody with less that 20/200 vision could see that.

Tonight Oregon's offense let Oregon's defense down.

But if you took time to research the stats BEFORE you comment you would've noticed that the total yardage and first down stats were practically identical for both teams.

Oregon had 405 total yards. Stanford had 411.

Stanford had 21 first downs. Oregon had 20.

So you can't really say that Stanford kicked Oregon's ass. They just ended up with a few more points. That's all.

And Oregon should remain #2 in the nation. There is not reason for a SEC team to replace Oregon. All the SEC teams have at least 1 loss too!

As predicted by me a month ago. I knew that Oregon would not get through those three tough opponents in a row.

(posted from the guy who wanted to know why Notre Dame was not #1, since they were had the toughest schedule for 2012 and were unbeaten)

Remember my post from last week?

All I have to say is: "I told you so"

I don't care if they took 3 OTs to beat Pitt...They stiil beat them - And guess what, they are still undefeated!

ps. Can you imagine if Ohio State was BCS eligebile? Love em or hate em, Urban Myers is a stud of a coach.

Once Oregon beats Oregon State and Stanford loses to UCLA next week - Oregon will win the PAC12 North. That should definitely give Oregon the #2 BCS ranking (if the BCS system wasn't rigged). But in a real world we know that the BCS will hand the #2 BCS ranking to an SEC team instead, because the system is rigged. Why would Oregon be excluded from the #2 ranking for only losing ONE game to a #13 ranked BCS team in overtime by 3 points? Why is everyone ready to dismiss Oregon from a NC bid??? Based on their scedule they deserve it much more than any SEC team!!!

NCAA FINAL WEEK 12 PICK EM!!!

You should not be mad at the SEC. You should be pissed off that Notre Dame does not have to play an extra Conference Championship Game like Oregon does. Notre Dame now has to face a USC without Barkley.

Do you think USC has a chance for the upset?

Yeah those SEC schedules are so easy. If BAMA or Georgia goes to the NC each team has faced numerous top ranked team. BAMA also lost to the Front Runner in the Heisman standings since Optimus Kline could not beat BAYLOR? UNRANKED BAYLOR!!! K.STATE got whupped up on by UNRANKED BAYLOR!!!

Oregon's defense did a great job and kept them in the game. Stanford's defense did an exceptional job. No one picked Stanford to upset Oregon this week. Stanford did not beat their ass. It was an incredible game. The Stanford Receiver had possession of the ball and his shoulder was down in the end zone (in-bounds) that is why the play was overturned. Nick Saban will be sending care packages to both Stanford and Baylor! Thanks Guys!

Yes WT is (7-8). Thank you for double checking that. He got the Syracuse pick correct and I wrote it down as a loss? Thanks!

First off, I didn't hear that Barkley is out for the ND game yet. Is that verified? Secondly, the backup QB has an arm every bit as good as Barkley's. Probably even better. And Barkley can't run worth a shit anyway. I don't see any huge disadvantage using the backup except for his timing with the offense afer they've been used to Barkley calling the plays. I think USC takes it down to the wire with ND and has a 50% of beating them, even without Barkley.

Next, Texas A&M was ranked #15 and lost 2 conference games when they beat Alabama. Stanford was ranked #13 and lost only 1 conference game when they beat Oregon. The computers should give that advantage to OREGON, not Alabama! Oregon should still be ranked #2. Bama should be #3.

Anybody who is not blind could see the Stanford receiver DID NOT have control of the ball when he hit the ground and rolled out of bounds. He was still bobbling it. Even Musberger and the other announcer said that there was NOT ENOUGH conclusive evidence to overturn the call. It was bullshit and a bad bad call by the replay officials.

Finally, if Alabama is elevated to the #2 ranking this week the BCS system is rigged. There is NO logical reason for Alabama to jump over Oregon.
