They are in denial that the effect of their work is the opposite of their stated goals. They will rebrand but continue to label and divide and drive wedges between employees and further sink morale.
If they did want to truly increase DEIB, they would focus on bringing blue and green badges together, tolerate and integrate real conversations and honest input, and ditch the academic anti-white soap box.
The goals are legit. The way they are executing the goals is atrocious.
