Why would anyone approve a meeting attached to a holiday week?
Yes, I would love to go! It gives me a chance to show off my presentation skills which are awesome!
And what about graduations. Kids have had it rough enough the last two years. Sad this company doesn’t care about us but even more sad they don’t give a crap about our kids either. “Sorry, I can’t make your graduation. I need to go to a (another) worthless meeting.” Way to support Takeda!
ANOTHER meeting! Weeks after the other useless meeting! And weeks after the first useless meeting! What is going on!

If they made the meeting the first week in May you would complain because it’s just after Easter. And what about graduations? Is it Takeda’s job to build their meetings around the graduation ceremony for your previous crotch fruit? Here’s the deal mommy. Takeda is a business. A very big business. They pay you well and insure your offspring. You knew graduation was coming a long time ago. Put your time off request in and block out those days. You’re probably just angry because you were planning to make it a four day weekend and you weren’t going to burn those vacation days.
So here is your three step plan;
1. Show up
2. Shut up
3. Stand and clap like the trained monkey you are.

The incessant disrespect admins show the sales force is the direct result of the kind of feckless and weak leadership that has run takeda into the ground. They see they can get away with it, they get bolder and bolder. The leadership at takeda is pathetic, Iam surprised anyone with talent is willing to work at that toxic waste dump.

The universe will pay back people who don’t work… It’s that simple. Mommy reps who work three hours a day will eventually get theirs. The rest of us who work all day because we love bonus dollars are in a different pile

Leadership is drunk with power and a God complex. They live in their Cambridge bubble. The sales force represents the rest of the country and they are Washington DC. They are completely out of touch and think they are the ones that know everything. This company is doomed if it doesn’t change.
Why is a meeting location so critical? You go to a meeting in a hotel, you’re shut inside all day and have your schedule programmed while you’re there. Meeting location is irrelevant.
