Strativa continues to lose $$$$ ($3m in q1) with sales declines despite increased sales staff and increased admin costs. It is surprising there have been few firings at sales rep. and mangement levels. That will change:

Par set sales records in quarter ended march 31 but branded continues to underperform

They are firing the chronic underperformers with more to come and are finally bringing in new talent, eager, motivated and capable.
